Returns & Exchanges
At Ever Tallow, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer both refunds and exchanges under the following conditions.
Refund Policy
We accept returns on all unopened and unused products in good condition. To process a return and issue a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Return Conditions: The product must be in its original condition and unused (within reason).

Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will assess the condition of the product. If the return is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed.
Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable. Any discounts that were applied with a minimum purchase requirement may not be applicable after a removal of product(s) in an order. For discounts that are applicable on second/subsequent item, the discount will be revoked on partial return of the order, and the unreturned item will be charged in original price. Shipping fee may also be applied.
Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, we are happy to assist you. Please follow the steps below:
- Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, please email us at info@evertallow.co.nz with the details of the product you wish to exchange and the item you would like to receive in exchange.
- Return Shipping: Please send the unused and unopened product to the following address: Ever Tallow, PO BOX 156, Waikato Mail Centre, 3240, New Zealand
- Exchange Conditions: The item you wish to exchange must be in its original condition and unused (within reason).
- Exchange Cost: Please note that the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. The cost of shipping the exchanged product will be charged to you, and we will notify you of the shipping cost before processing the new order.
- Processing Time: Once we receive your return and confirm the exchange details, we will dispatch your replacement product promptly. Please allow 3 business days for processing.
